Melbourne born and raised Helen, completed her pastry chef training at William Angliss Institute. After working in the industry for 10 years, she  took a much needed break! The following year Helen gave birth to her first child, and her family grew to four within the next 6 years Food styling and photography became a passion of Helens and with her years of experience in the food industry and Social Media The Custom Biscuit was born in 2018.
